Really really nice stay at the great value. Small hotel in a very pleasant area close to the bakery, Paris for work and a taxi tp the airport. Well-maintained and well-appointed rooms with a bathtub and bath included. Fabulous meals. Magnificent and wonderful location, within short walking distance of everywhere. Plus, 5 minutes drive from The Army Museum.

Cool hotel with particularly good location very close to the Metro Station in the 14th arr. District...

Nice room, recently renovated and clean enough. Hotel close to the metro station of Plaisance.
The hotel is extremely understaffed! Uncomfortable reception and very poor services. Rooms not adequately insonorized and lacking of the correct number of towels for two night out of three! Ratio quality/price not particularly high, even though in Paris. Well, do not expect more than a simple 2-star hotel...

While the construction is still going on, the completed rooms are just beautiful. And the staff was wonderful....very welcoming, genuinely concerned about our well being - and made for a wonderful visit. While this trip was for business, I will come back with my wife for another visit.
The only thing is the construction which was going on during the day, but this will be temporary.

Unfortunately some confusion when I arrived about my booking which was sorted, I thought. However when I returned that evening I discovered my luggage etc had been moved to a smaller room. No apologies and no reduction when checking out. Was also told I had to take the stairs to 4th floor, I later discovered there was an elevator. Overall the hotel was very nice and has been recently renovated (still some renovations ongoing on 1st floor). Nice area with bars and restaurants close by. Also close to Metro.
Confusion with my booking and told when checking in that I would have to go to another hotel! Eventually sorted and given a nice room, however when I returned that evening all my stuff had been moved to a smaller room. I requested a reduction when checking out but it was refused.

The staff at reception were very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and modern. It was also very quiet at night. The hotel is in a pleasant and quiet neighbouhood but close to Montparnasse
While I was there a lot of renovation work was taking place on the upstairs floors. During the day and even in the early evening there was a lot of banging and drilling noise. This is a nice hotel but don't stay here until the work is finished, probably early next year!

The design is rather good, despite a few details still not finished but overall the hotel was warm and cosy. The room, as usual in big cities is very small but with a good design and appealing
The receptionist, especially in the night, are awful. You have to wait outside the hotel until someone opens the door (it is locked at night), the receptionist do not receive you with a welcome neither excuse for the time you spent in the cold outside knocking at the door. Other annoying point is the hotel demand to pay in advance, which I find very disturbing especially because I arrived late in the night.

proximity to Plaisance metro station, artistic decorative elements, nearby bakeries
The bathroom design issues are glaring!!! Lack of sound insulation, and the so-called bar is misrepresented-it's just a few bottles on a shelf!!!

Brand new hotel renovated with taste and an emphasis on comfort. Thick carpet, great beds and pillows, functional bathrooms. The whole team is adorable and very helpful. Best value for money I ever found in Paris so far!
Internet is sometimes hard to access which can be a problem when on business.
